STOCK INFORMATION

Please note that there is often high demand for Rock Choir ™ clothing and in particular the Ladies T Shirts. All orders and delivery/despatch times given are subject to stock availability. Should your item be out of stock and is urgent please email customerservice@geiger.com for an estimated delivery date prior to ordering.

SIZE INFORMATION

The ladies Soft Shell jackets are coming up a bit smaller and are a 'fitted' style. If you are in doubt please refer to the size charts on the item page before placing your order, Please Contact customerservice@geiger.com for more information. Please do not contact Rock Choir Ltd regarding clothing enquiries.

RETURNS INFORMATION

• Do not return to your Choir Leader or Rock Choir Ltd.
• Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that any returns arrive safely.
• We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive.
• Please ensure that all clothing is returned unworn in the original packaging and with the Packing Note
• All exchanges/refunds must be returned within 21 days from date on the packing note. We will be unable to process any orders sent back after this time and the item(s) will be returned to you.
• Download returns form here
• Please clearly write on the returns form if you require a refund or exchange. If exchanging, please specify the size required.
• If exchanging, you will need to pay the £3.50 postage fee for us to send the exchanged item back out to you. You can make this payment by signing the returns form authorising us to take this amount from the card used at the time of original purchase.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

A delivery charge is payable which is currently £3.50 (inc VAT) per order and can include more than one item (up to a maximum weight of 20kg). Please note that whilst orders can be placed on this website 7 days a week we can only administer them Monday to Friday. All orders and delivery times shown are subject to stock availability.

Please note if no one is in when the deliveries are attempted, and you also do not retrieve your package from the depot within the time specified by the courier, your garments will be returned to us and you will be required to pay a second delivery charge.
