Q: How can I pay for my order?

A:You can pay by credit or debit card securely online. Please note, charges on your statement will appear as "GeigerBTC". Click here or on How to Order tab for full instructions. We cannot accept payment by Cheque.


Q:  How will my order be delivered and how long will it take to receive?

A: Your order will be despatched within 3 working days to the address you have specified if the item/size you have selected is in stock. Click here or on the Read Before Ordering tab for full instructions. Delivery can take up to 5 working days from dispatch (subject to stock).


Q: What happens if no one is in when the courier delivers my order

A:  The courier will leave a card informing you of the attempted delivery. This card will advise you of what is happening with your package. Please note if no one is in when the deliveries are attempted, and you also do not retrieve your package from the depot within the time specified by the courier, your garments will be returned to us and you will be required to pay a second delivery charge.


Q: How do I return/exchange an item?

A: Do not return to your Choir Leader or Rock Choir Ltd. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that any returns arrive safely, therefore we recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier service that will require a signature upon delivery. We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive

Please ensure that all clothing is returned unworn in the original packaging and with the Packing Note.

All exchanges/refunds must be returned within 21 days from date on the packing note. We will be unable to process any orders sent back after this time and the item(s) will be returned to you.

Please clearly write on the packing note if you require a refund or exchange. If exchanging, please specify the size required.

If exchanging, please write on the packing note authorising us to take £3 from the card used at time of original purchase. This is to cover admin fees to return and re-send an item back out.

Q: What if I receive a damaged item?

Q: Can I place an order over the phone?

A: Due to the volume of orders and potential payment card related liability issues we are unable to process phone orders

Q: Can I have delivery made to a PO Box?

A:  Unfortunately for tracking purposes we cannot deliver to PO boxes
